New Year’s Eve Dinner
Ring in the New Year at the edge of the horizon – a celebration of ingredients, sparkle, and unforgettable moments. Dine above the fireworks, where the night sky glows just for you.
Our five-course Champagne Dinner honours the turn of the year with refined flavours, festive brilliance, and a glass of champagne to toast at midnight.
After dinner, step outside and admire our very own firework show lighting up the summit.
