The forest spa brings seasons close, as all our saunas and pools are located outside. Wood-fired saunas bring their smells and sounds to the mountain top.
We hope that you reserve your spot in the spa well in advance, as we have space for a limited number of guests. The spa is for adults only and has an age limit of 18 years.

Three saunas
All saunas in our forest spa are standing proudly by the most beautiful view of the horizon. The sound of crackling fire brings tenderness to summers and soft warmth to winters.
Nokisauna *Quiet sauna
Nokisauna is silent space dedicated to presence and the softness of steam. Its gentle, smoky heat is created by a traditional wood-burning stove. The sauna is heated up once a day and the atmosphere lives in accordance with the day’s rhythm.
Latvasauna *Quiet sauna
Treetop Sauna is sanctuary of calm and scenery. Sitting on the benches, you find yourself at the height of the tallest trees, overlooking the Finnish lake landscape Never before have you experienced a sauna like this. Also this sauna features a wood-fired stove, whose glow can be seen all the way from the pools.
Maisemasauna *Social sauna
Our largest sauna offers several seating levels where you can relax, chat, or simply take in the views. The landscape is at the heart of the experience. Large sauna stoves and big windows bring light onto the benches, where tradition meets the openness of the lake scenery.
Finnish sauna vocabulary:
kiuas: the sauna stove, topped with stones
löyly: the warmth arising from the kiuas when water is thrown onto the heated-up stones
laude: sauna bench or perch, usually in multiple levels
Five pools
The pools, inspired by the East, are on the focus of relaxation. Concentrating on tranquility, the waters do not stream or bubble at ours. We let the wind speak softly.
Warm pool. The big pool steams amid the wintry frost, underneath a starry sky. Experience nature while relaxing in the warm pool.
Springwater pool. Springwater of some four degrees springs from the depths of the rocks of the Tahko mountain, bringing the water’s softness to our outdoor pool. The path to the pool has been designed respecting freshness.
Pool pavilion. The pool pavilion hosts three pools. A large window at the end of the pavilion invites the guest to experience the horizon. The live fireplace brings softness and warmth into the pavilion.

To ensure relaxation, our pool lounge allows you to experience the forest and its drinks. We offer the guest spring water taps, fruit and other delicacies.
Wellness
With us, you can take your wellbeing experience to the next level by stepping into the world of massages and treatments. Yoga sessions and guided relaxation are also part of our wellness offerings. Read more here.
For adults
We have wanted to create an experience to adult taste to make the forest’s true essence most accessible. Hence, only adults are invited to experience at our spa. The Forest Spa has an age limit of 18 years.
